Why I Do This
This chapter is personal. More personal than anything else in this guide.
Throughout the previous nine chapters, I’ve given you frameworks, strategies, tools, and honest assessments of what’s happening in AI. But none of that content exists in a vacuum. It all comes from somewhere. It comes from years of building movements that succeeded by the world’s standards but failed by God’s. It comes from a wilderness period that stripped me of small thinking and misplaced loyalty. It comes from a conviction that landed in my spirit and will not leave: this AI moment is too important to navigate without God.
I could have written a purely tactical guide. The market would have rewarded that. But I would have been doing the exact thing I spent years repenting of: using God-given gifts to build something that doesn’t point back to Him. So this chapter tells you why. Why the faith is woven in. Why sovereignty matters so much to me. Why I believe the most important prompt you’ll ever write is the one God gives you.
